Job Summary
Price Benowitz, LLP is seeking a Family Law Attorney to work with our Partner and staff team in the Rockville, MD office. The Family Law Attorney must have experience with handling a range of family law matters including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required, along with a keen attention to detail. This is a full-time position located in our Rockville office.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare quality pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memos, and correspondence
- Manage discovery, document production, and other necessary case functions
- Support all aspects of caseload management
- Expertly conduct client meetings
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Effectively communicate with clients to execute strategic plans and manage client expectations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Maryland Bar in Good Standing
- The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of successful experience representing family law clients in Maryland
- Excellent writing, advocacy skills, research, and communication skills.
