  • Minimum 2 years of plaintiff's foreclosure representation (mortgage foreclosures qualify)
  • Strong track record in foreclosure law
  • Admitted to practice law in New York

**Responsibilities:**

  • Handling all aspects of foreclosure cases, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court
  • Conducting a thorough review of foreclosure files and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
  • Negotiating settlements and resolutions with opposing parties
  • Collaborating with the internal team to provide guidance and support on foreclosure matters

  • Compose Lis pendens documents
  • Prepare summons and complaints
  • Draft and oppose motions associated with a typical foreclosure
  • Write correspondence regarding assigned files
  • Make court appearances
  • Facilitate client communication

  • Minimum 2 years experience in mortgage foreclosures
  • Must be admitted in the State of New York
