- The Front Desk Legal Assistant should possess a pleasant speaking voice and be able to manage emotional callers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- 1 year + of experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Possesses experience in handling phone calls and resolving stressful situations.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service abilities, strong interpersonal communication, effective organizational skills, and proficient time management.
- Must have graduated high school, and received a G.E.D. or equivalent.
