Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP, a global law firm, seeks a Litigation
Associate with a minimum of 2 years of healthcare litigation
experience. The individual hired for this position will support our
health care litigation practice and will be responsible for handling
many aspects of litigation and arbitration, including preparing
pleadings, assisting with complex e-discovery, drafting dispositive
motions, conducting research, drafting memoranda and correspondence,
attending hearings, preparing for depositions, and assisting with
trial preparations and trial/final arbitration hearings.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Must be admitted to the California Bar.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• Experience navigating complex health care regulatory environments,
including laws impacting reimbursement under government health care
programs a plus. • Experience representing managed care
organizations and/or handling payor-provider disputes a plus. •
Superior research and analytical abilities. • Excellent legal
writing skills. • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $220,000 per year,
