Job Overview:
As an HR Coordinator specializing in benefits, compensation, and compliance, you will play a crucial role in managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws, and overseeing compensation practices. You will collaborate with various departments to support a positive employee experience while safeguarding the company's adherence to legal requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Benefits Administration and Compliance Management
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks.
Facilitate benefits enrollment processes, educating employees on available options and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and eligibility.
Stay current with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices align with legal requirements.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies, particularly those related to benefits and compliance.
Conduct sessions for employees and managers on benefits programs, compliance requirements, and HR policies.
Maintain accurate and confidential records related to benefits administration and compliance efforts.
Prepare reports and documentation for audits or regulatory purposes.
Collaborate with external benefits providers, legal counsel, and regulatory agencies as necessary.
Serve as a liaison between employees and external vendors for benefits-related matters.
Compensation Management
Administer and maintain compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs.
Conduct market research to ensure the organization's compensation practices remain competitive.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement salary adjustment and incentive plans.
Other HR duties, as needed
