We are seeking an HR Manager who shares these values and is ready to lead our human resources efforts with dedication and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Hiring:
  • Lead the entire recruitment process, ensuring that we attract candidates who align with our core values.
  • Manage job postings, resume screening, interviews, and the offer process, including salary negotiations.
  • Develop recruitment strategies that emphasize our commitment to honesty, dedication, and a quality experience.
  • Onboarding & Training:
  • Design and oversee a comprehensive onboarding process that integrates new hires into our family-oriented culture.
  • Create training programs that support employee growth and align with their strengths.
  • Conduct orientation sessions that reflect our commitment to honesty, quality, and dedication.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that are aligned with our values and comply with legal standards.
  • Regularly update employee handbooks and ensure that all policies reflect our commitment to honesty and a quality workplace experience.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as the primary contact for employee relations, fostering a supportive and caring environment.
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring that all interactions are handled with honesty and dedication.
  • Promote a positive work environment that aligns with our value of quality experience.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring that employees are compensated fairly.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including negotiations to provide competitive offerings that reflect our dedication to our team.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement performance evaluation systems that promote growth and align with our core values.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers, ensuring that performance reviews are conducted with honesty and dedication.
  • Address performance issues constructively, helping employees move into their strengths.
  • HR Strategy & Planning:
  • Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies that support our firm’s growth while staying true to our core values.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion within our team.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment law and HR best practices, ensuring that our policies are always aligned with our values.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HR software and payroll systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
