About the Role






The Human Resources (HR) Operations Project Analyst is an integral part of Latham’s Human Capital & Talent team and will be responsible for managing the implementation and upgrade, configuration, and support of the timekeeping system and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) applications, while also helping maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports. This role will be located in either our New York, Boston, or Washington, D.C. office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.









Responsibilities & Qualifications






Other key responsibilities include:

 

  • Supporting the Senior Manager in tracking project progress and managing project timelines; participating in system testing and helping to document test results
  • Supporting the resolution of configuration and integration issues, while addressing user questions and concerns
  • Helping develop training materials and documentation, and assisting in conducting training sessions and workshops for system users
  • Supporting ongoing maintenance activities for Kronos and PeopleSoft systems
  • Assisting with data entry, data validation, and ensuring data integrity within the systems

 

We’d love to hear from you if you:

 

  • Possess a basic understanding of HR processes and payroll systems
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to learn and work under the direction of senior colleagues
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities

 

And have:

 

  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or Business Administration
  • A minimum of five (5) years of HR or HR Systems experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably with exposure to the relevant timekeeping and HRIS systems
