We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our firm. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and in the office. Periodic in-office presence is required for monthly team meetings, events, and training opportunities. The position can be based in the Firm's operation center in Brandon, Florida (Tampa Bay area).
As a Human Resources Recruiting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for our firm. You will have the opportunity to work closely with firmwide hiring managers, directors, and C-level executives, understand their unique needs, and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring professional business services staff in law offices across 35 U.S. and international offices. Your ability to identify and evaluate qualified candidates will be key to the success of our team. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
