What you’ll do



  • Act as main point of contact for global mobility managers and employees to provide comprehensive immigration services including initiating intake of cases, analyzing documents, preparing employees for AOS interviews and developing immigration compliance procedures;

  • Develop case strategy and prepare a wide variety of business-based nonimmigrant petitions including H-1B, H-3, TN, E, J-1, L-1 and O-1;

  • Communicate effectively and consistently with clients and employees regarding case updates;

  • Coordinate all phases of the PERM based green card process with human resources and talent acquisition managers;

  • Assist employees with applying for and obtaining work visas with U.S. consular offices abroad;

  • Compile and maintain records on behalf of corporate clients’ employees;

  • Manage client data and reports with case management software;

  • Review immigration regulations and apply them to various case scenarios;

  • Perform research using all available immigration research tools including government agencies’ websites.


What you’ll bring



  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials (required);

  • Proficient at Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe Acrobat;

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with the corporate immigration process;

  • Strong oral and written communication skills;

  • Excellent organizational skills;

  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills;

  • Strong sense of good judgment;

  • Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills;

  • Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team;

  • History of being a self-starter showing ownership and commitment to the job;

  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.


 


Certifications and Skills (Preferred):



  • Paralegal Certificate

  • Proficient in LawLogix
