Immigration Paralegal

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid or remote role for an Immigration Paralegal. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys with preparing, compiling, and organizing immigration petitions and applications. Other tasks include drafting legal documents, communicating with clients and government agencies, and conducting legal research. While this position will be based in Pembroke Pines, Florida, some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of immigration law and regulations

• Experience preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications

• Experience creating legal documents and conducting legal research

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and government agencies

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
