Inbound Sales Representative

Schultz & Associates
On-site
Hackensack, New Jersey, United States
$65,000 - $85,000 USD yearly

Our organization believes sales is a service we provide to our prospects and do for them, not to them. This role is to conduct an initial Case Evaluation (using firm-prescribed sales methodologies) with our prospective new clients to educate them, help them consider their options, and help them make courageous and sometimes scary decisions about their future. We really believe that every prospective new client should leave our office better off than when they came. If you think sales is all about what you can “get” from a prospect or what you can “talk them into,” then this is not the position for you.

We help prospective new clients understand their situation, weigh their options, and make important and courageous decisions about their future and value that this conversation is the beginning of what should be a long-term relationship.

In accordance with the ethical rules governing attorneys, our Sales Representative will not and cannot provide legal advice to a prospect or any other client of the firm. Rather, the Sales Representative will ask probing questions to understand the prospective situation and provide information to the prospective client to assist in facilitating them retaining the firm; there is no cold calling in this role.

If you are interested in a career that offers a competitive salary with health insurance, loads of training and professional development to stay sharp, total transparency, values integrity and accountability (another way of saying there’s nowhere to “hide”), and fuel for your soul because we’re really and truly helping people-- then, we want to hear from you so please apply!

  • Utilize proven sales approaches and methodologies to collect more in-depth information about the prospect and the situation or legal matter for which they seek the Firm’s help.
  • Follow Firm prescribed guidelines on how to communicate with the prospects in the most effective manner.

You do not need to have legal knowledge to apply, although understanding legal terminology or the basic workings of any office environment is preferred.
