Rather, the employee will prepare prospective clients for entering into an engagement with our office and the contract will be signed by an Attorney.

Do Not apply if you come from the school of thought that making a sale is all about what you can “get” from a prospect or what you can “talk them into.”

  • Understand that sales are all about educating and serving the needs of prospective new clients, helping them understand their options, and make courageous decisions to empower their future, Not about showing off or a high-pressure game
  • Understand how to genuinely build an ongoing relationship with a client
  • Practice highly skilled active and dynamic listening
  • Show the ability to interact with different types of personalities
  • Authentically show empathy, compassion, and understanding to potential new clients and put them at ease during a difficult time
  • Know how to close a sale by revealing the real urgency and value
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
  • Think on your toes and not get discouraged when things don’t go as planned
  • Be willing, able, and excited to quickly learn about new topics (like the Medicaid system)
  • Treat a call or meeting at 4:30 pm on a Friday with the same care and compassion as one on a Monday morning
  • Follow instructions and understand the importance of policies and procedures
  • Be a team player with a can-do attitude who consistently acts with positivity, respect, and integrity
  • Be tech savvy (we use specialized cloud-based software)
  • Demonstrate fire and ambition, NOT excuse-making “clock-watching” and hiding under your desk while waiting to be told what to do all day long

Thank you for considering this opportunity. We will contact you if you qualify for the second round of consideration.
