Job Summary

Our Intake Attorneys are responsible for all aspects of a personal injury case (up to the filing of a complaint).

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise and provide direction to the intake team
  • Evaluate the merits of a personal injury case
  • Provide guidance and counsel to clients
  • Medical case review
  • SOL review
  • Research and legal analysis

Qualifications and Skills
  • A license in good standing to practice law in Florida
  • Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Prioritization of client representation, contact and customer service
  • Excellent investigator and problem-solver skills
  • Success providing direction and guidance to a team of staff
