Intake Coordinator

Speaks Law Firm is a well established personal injury firm with offices located in both Wilmington, North Carolina and Charlotte, North Carolina. We have recently experienced a lot of growth and are adding to our Intake team. We are looking for a motivated individual to be an Intake Coordinator and do the initial phone call, investigation, and consultation with new clients. In addition, they will keep and maintain intake statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Customer service-oriented experience or sales experience and data entry will be given preference. Bi-lingual a plus! Must be compassionate and comforting. The Intake Coordinator will usually be speaking with people who have suffered an injury or tragic loss and must be able to convey empathy and compassion over the phone. 

Schedule
1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Monday - Friday 

Responsibilities 

• Responding in a timely manner, to all new case intakes by phone, by email, by chat, and other forms of potential client contact
• Obtaining initial information for each lead and assessing the conversion to client status 
• Responsible for data entry of all obtained information into our case management system
• Consistent and thorough follow up with each potential lead as necessary 
• Handling all declined leads and documenting them accordingly 
• Explaining and setting expectations for what each lead or client can expect next 
• Maintaining and reporting intake statistics 

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year customer service or sales experience
• Ability to handle heavy data entry with working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe, and Docusign 
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle and work with a high level of confidential material and information
• Strong time management and problem solving skills
• High level of professional tact and diplomacy to develop the confidence and trust of clients and employees 
• Excellent interpersonal and written oral communication skills 

Compensation 
$40,000 - $45,000
