A Viva Engage client is seeking a skilled Intake Specialist to be part of their legal team!!


Requirements:



  • English fluency, able to read, write and speak with complete ease and near perfection

  • This position is work from home and requires you to have reliable high-speed internet and a reliable computer

  • 1 Year of Customer Service Experience

  • Ability to work in California hours and United States holidays (you will receive paid time off for U.S. Holidays).


Relevant experience in legal or office settings is not required but is preferred.


The Basic Job Duties of the position are as follows:



  • Client communication via phone, text, and email

  • Follow up calls to gather missing information from new or potential clients

  • Receiving phone calls and helping qualify potential new clients

  • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard

  • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, data entry, spreadsheet management, and email writing

  • Drafting and proofreading general correspondence and court documents

  • Client communication via phone, text, and email

Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor.


Benefits: paid time away from work, Monday to Friday schedule, 40hrs a week.


Salary: 6 USD per hour
