This role is part of a dynamic team who are focused on managing and implementing new complex solutions and innovations into a thriving firm. They will be part of a growing infrastructure team architecting & delivering large/complex projects to a high standard, ensuring they are communicated well within the IT department and firm. Working consultatively and directly with people across the firm is a necessity. They will also provide 3rd line support and assist with escalations from the support & security teams.
The successful candidate will have a pro-active attitude and an aptitude for working with applications/systems and infrastructure to undertake the correct analysis, prioritisation and diagnosis of issues, leading to swift resolution. They will deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
They will have strong infrastructure and excellent communication skills, while development skills are desirable.
Location
Mixed between home and other PMC locations dependent on the role/project requirements.
