Job Summary
We know you love Salesforce.  You enjoy creating solutions for users through building reports, building screens, implementing integrations, and continuing to hone your skills.   You may even have a good idea of what a personal injury law firm does. But we guarantee you do not know how Daniel Stark utilizes technology. At Daniel Stark, the marriage between the practice of law and analytics is a key ingredient in our secret sauce! Analytics is critical to our growing firm and to fulfill our purpose to protect our clients from getting screwed by big insurance. We are looking for that special person who views themselves as a Solutions engineer to join the Daniel Stark team where they can bring their experience and continue to grow.   • Develop solutions and implement integrations for Salesforce 
  • Work cross-functionally with the Contact Center, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Attorneys, and Accounting to identify and support their needs
  • Deliver reporting and data to meet the analytics challenges and needs of a growing firm always looking for opportunity and efficiency
  • Salesforce Administration:  Staying on top of Salesforce updates, keeping integrations up to date, sandbox management, and more

Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Demonstrated project management skills (projects involving internal and external stakeholders) with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload 
  • Minimum 2 Years experience with Apex and Flows required. 
  • Salesforce:  Customizing workflow, low code programming, data visualization/reporting required
  • Minimum 2 years of technology related experience
  • Minimum 2 Years experience with gathering requirements and releasing solutions
  • Minimum 2 years of Salesforce administration (evaluating and preparing for Salesforce updates to environment, implementing and maintaining integrations, sandbox management, governor limits) required
  • Minimum 2 Years experience with SQL/SOQL  

Remarkable Qualifications (what sets you apart)
  • Previous experience in the legal space and with Litify is a plus but not required
  • Front-end development with Salesforce Lightening
  • Experience with Tableau, CRM Analytics, Data Cloud, and other tools
  • Ownership mentality for delivering results with special attention to data accuracy and integrity
  • Passion for learning and growth in an ever-changing analytics world.
  • Ability to listen, assess, and deliver a solution.

Salary and Benefits
  • $65K - $80K+ per year based on experience and potential
  • Remote capability in the state of TEXAS only
