Amundsen Davis seeks an experienced employment attorney to join our growing Management-Side Labor & Employment team in our Indianapolis office. The ideal candidate holds an active Indiana bar license and has at least 7 years of substantial employment litigation experience navigating proceedings before administrative agencies, and defense litigation in federal and state courts. Candidates must have a proven track record of preparing Motions for Summary Judgment specific to employment litigation. Experience with labor a plus but not required. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills and a deep commitment to client service are required.
