  • Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and court cases relevant to personal injury claims to assist lawyers in building strong cases.

  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents like pleadings, motions, and briefs by drafting, formatting, and proofreading.

  • Review and organize medical records, accident reports, and other evidence related to personal injury cases, cataloging and summarizing key information.

  • Communicate with clients, gather necessary information and documents, and aid in drafting correspondence and client updates.

  • Help prepare and file legal documents with the court, ensuring adherence to proper procedures and deadlines.

  • Assist in gathering evidence by coordinating with investigators, interviewing witnesses, and collecting relevant information.

  • Utilize legal software and databases to manage and organize case-related information and documents efficiently.

  • Accompany attorneys to court hearings, depositions, and mediations, take notes, and assist with required tasks.

  • Prepare legal memoranda summarizing essential legal issues, case law, and arguments pertaining to specific cases.

  • Assist in trial preparation by organizing trial exhibits, preparing witnesses, and conducting legal research to support trial strategies.

  • Perform administrative duties such as filing documents, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing the attorney's calendar.

  • Stay updated on changes in personal injury law, attend legal seminars, and engage in relevant training to enhance knowledge and skills.

  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality at all times.



  • The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of legal experience.

  • Previous paralegal experience is required.

  • Knowledge of personal injury law is essential.

  • Experience with case management is preferred.

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must.

  • Currently enrolled in Law School.
