Job Duties



  • Guide and develop learning strategies to support business objectives; strategies may include implementation of new systems, processes, communication planning and change management.

  • Deliver high-quality training via multiple platforms, including in-person and virtual classrooms (occasional travel required).

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify any learning gaps and communicates findings to relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain knowledge of business systems and platforms to support daily business functions.

  • Provide subject-matter expertise, strategic planning, instructional design, content authoring and facilitation on new and existing business applications.

  • Manage existing tools, resources, and online learning to ensure our learners continually receive the highest impact learning experiences.

  • Effectively communicate initiatives to ensure quick adoption and ample support.

  • Manage and enhance required and supplemental learning/training programs.

  • Promote a positive and collaborative team environment.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity and propose possible solutions to drive productivity forward.


Skills/Requirements:



  • 3+ years of training/coaching experience.

  • 3+ years of litigation law firm experience.

  • Chrome River, Aderant, iManage, Intapp program experience a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Confident in public speaking and presenting to large audiences both in-person and virtually.

  • Proficient in Microsoft products, including Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Effective time management skills

  • This position requires regular attendance in the office and is not a remote position.
