You’ll be the first person new clients speak to when they reach out for help. As a Legal Intake Specialist at Herman & Wells, you’ll guide them through the first steps of their case, manage the sign-up process, and make sure every new client feels supported and heard.
You’ll have an opportunity to work in a fast-moving environment, speak with potential clients, work closely with attorneys, and improve how we bring new clients into the firm. Your role will directly shape the client experience and help people in tough situations feel understood and cared for.
About You:
You are empathetic and a great listener, making clients feel at ease from the first call. You love problem-solving and staying organized, handling multiple tasks without missing details. You have at least one year of experience in phone-based sales or legal intake, where you have guided people through decisions, handled objections, and successfully converted leads into clients. Experience with CRM software or data entry is a plus.
