Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, PC has an immediate opening for a Legal Support Coordinator in its Washington DC office.  Candidates should have 5+ years of experience, a positive attitude and a solid work ethic.  Prior experience in a law firm is a must. 


This position will support 4 Attorneys.  The candidate must be detail oriented, extremely organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to follow directions, and meet deadlines.  Responsibilities include some experience with court filings, preparing legal documents and correspondence, scanning, coordinating meetings and attorney calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, time entry, running conflicts, opening and maintaining client files, and assisting with daily office tasks.  Must be proficient in heavy word processing skills to include use of styles.  The candidate must be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills, work both independently and as part of a group.  The candidate must have excellent computer skills, proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint, and type a minimum of 65 wpm with high accuracy.  Excellent communication skills are required for both internal and external client relationships.  Excellent benefits, competitive salary.
