What You'll Do

We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Franklin, TN. In this role, you’ll handle personal injury litigation cases, providing essential support to our attorney throughout all phases of the litigation process. This is a 100% onsite position because we believe collaboration and teamwork are most effective in person.

More specifically, you will:

• Manage personal injury cases through pre-litigation and litigation phases.
• Maintain communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and manage medical records, keeping files updated and easily accessible.
• Provide administrative and case management support to the attorney as needed.

What You Need

• At least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience is required. Personal injury experience is a significant plus!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and build relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with FileVine or other Case Management Systems is a bonus (training can be provided).
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a high level of professionalism.

What You Get

• Schedule: Enjoy a consistent 4-hour shift, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM–1:00 PM).
• Compensation: $18–$23/hour, based on your skills and experience.
