DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished prosecutor for a managerial position in the Crime Strategies & Intelligence Bureau. CSIB proactively gathers and analyzes crime data and intelligence to drive the Office’s strategies on crime reduction and public safety. Members of CSIB work closely with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, bureaus within QDA, and other stakeholders within the community, to identify and proactively investigate emerging public safety threats that impact our communities including violent crime, theft, fraud, and quality of life offenses.
This position will require the ability to assist the Bureau Chief in managing a staff of Assistant District Attorneys, Intelligence Analysts, support staff, and detectives. This position includes the responsibility of supervising members of CSIB in providing pre-arrest and post-arrest investigative and analytical support including drafting and editing reports regarding the analysis of cell phone data, social media intelligence, financial data, and other complex digital forensic evidence. This position requires a critical thinker with a strong combination of writing skills, organizational and communication skills, as well as technological savvy.
