We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished prosecutor for a management position in Felony Trial Bureau IV. Candidates should have experience prosecuting and investigating major felony cases.
Our Felony Trial Bureaus are responsible for prosecuting a variety of felony offenses including attempted murders, robberies, burglaries, gun possessions, assaults, arsons, vehicular homicides and driving while intoxicated as a felony, as well as auto thefts and street level drug sales. The cases are handled vertically so responsibilities of management in the trial bureaus include overseeing grand jury practice, case enhancement, investigation, negotiations, and trial practice.
This position will require the ability to assist the Bureau Chief in managing a staff of Assistant District Attorneys, as well as paralegals and detectives. The position includes the responsibility of second-seating ADAs in court for hearings and trials.Β Candidates should be prepared to work extensive hours and be available on nights and weekends for occasional notifications, crime scene responses and consultation with ADAs, executive management and investigators.

Both title and salary will be commensurate with experience. The salary range is from $158,000 to $175,000.
