Marketing Assistant for Growing Law Firm

This position is 5 days a week on-site M-F 8am-5pm.

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and knowledgeable Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives. This position is crucial for enhancing our firm's marketing and client communications. The role is predominantly marketing-focused (80%), with the remainder dedicated to client communication (20%).

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Communication:

• Assist in the development and execution of communication projects, including weekly emails and monthly newsletters.


• Support the creation of ad copy for various communications.

Campaigns & Events:

• Coordinate logistics for in-person events, such as seminars and community outreach, including scheduling, organizing speakers, and client communication.

Marketing Materials:

• Manage inventory and order marketing materials.


• Assist with setup and branding for new office locations.


• Create marketing materials like brochures and presentations using design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Canva.

Brand Awareness & Social Media:

• Contribute to brand awareness by crafting social media posts and managing online presence, including Google My Business updates.

Client Communication & Client Services:

• Handle incoming calls and schedule client appointments.


• Respond to voicemails and client inquiries.


• Make confirmation calls for event attendance and conduct client satisfaction surveys.
