Position Overview

Omega Law Group is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts through administrative tasks, social media monitoring, and content creation.  Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic legal marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling and phone management
• Monitor social media trends relevant to Personal Injury Law
• Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms
• Maintain and update customer email lists for accuracy and consistency
• Support the planning and coordination of marketing events
• Monitor and respond to client reviews across multiple platforms to enhance the firm’s online reputation
• Research opportunities to increase brand awareness and visibility

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing
• Proven excellent customer service skills and ability to be flexible, a team player, and interface professionally with all levels of internal and external customers
