Job Description:


As a Marketing Generalist at Viva, you will be responsible for producing engaging and persuasive content across various platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with marketing, design, and other teams to create content that effectively communicates our brand message and resonates with our target audience.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel content strategy that aligns with business goals and target audience interests; in all the digital channels of the company, including but not limited to blogs, websites, advertisements, social media, email campaigns, and product descriptions.

  • Brand Voice: Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.

  • Research: Conduct research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitors to inform the development of effective and unique content.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and develop creative concepts.

  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • SEO Optimization: Incorporate SEO best practices into content to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.

  • Content Promotion: Develop strategies to distribute content through various channels, including email marketing, social media, and other digital platforms.

  • Analytics: Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights.

  • Storytelling: Building compelling stories across platforms that can set us apart from the competitors and create a lasting impact on the audiences.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Copywriter, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and successful campaigns.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in Spanish. Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus.

  • Understanding of SEO principles and the ability to optimize content for search engines.

  • Creativity and the ability to think conceptually.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
