Quintessa MarketingWe’re looking for a Marketing Manager who is a hands-on tactician with a proven track record of executing and deploying marketing campaigns across multiple affiliate channels. This is a leadership role, responsible for managing a small team while driving high-impact marketing initiatives that grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various affiliate and partner channels.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
• Manage content deployment strategies, ensuring messaging aligns with brand and business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive marketing success.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
What You Bring:
• Proven experience in marketing execution, with a strong ability to deploy content effectively.
• Hands-on expertise in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or multi-channel campaign management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
No degree required, what matters most is your ability to deliver results.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000
