The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and be responsible for executing the Firm's robust marketing activities, i.e. click all the buttons to make it happen! You will successfully market legal services that cultivate new relationships and generate high-quality leads. You will effectively communicate our mission, attracting "A" clients to the Firm. This will be a highly rewarding position personally, professionally, and financially for the right person. You will play an essential role in the continued growth of our Firm.

We are seeking a creative, computer-savvy individual who is adept at leveraging technology for efficiency. Experience with HubSpot is necessary. The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm is a fast-growing Estate Planning law firm located in Acton, MA. Our work is focused on the unique estate planning needs of both young families and empty nesters. We provide exceptional client service and high-quality legal services in the areas of wills, trusts, estates, and asset protection. We discuss sensitive topics that will help clients create a better future for their families.

 

As Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Initiate the Firm’s “Back-end Marketing” activities and develop new strategies, ensuring customer service and top-of-mind awareness remain current
  • Write/edit blogs for monthly and quarterly newsletters
  • Work with and manage established outside vendors. Develop new relationships with vendors where and when appropriate
  • Oversee quarterly website audit; checking links, updating information, refreshing photos
  • Develop ideas with the Marketing team to design marketing materials for targeted audiences and practice areas
  • Create a tracking system to monitor and report on progress with leads from marketing channels, clients, and referral sources. Maintain marketing channel ROI’s and lead statistics. Standardize analytics reporting. Report findings and stats weekly to the Director of Marketing. Collaborate with the Director on when to increase or decrease activity
  • Create landing pages for events – both live and webinar format
  • Create content for and oversee the Firm’s social media and event calendar and ongoing and upcoming projects and programs so as to be able to provide a 90-day view for the Director of Marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of Marketing experience
  • Experience working with HubSpot CRM, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) Canva, and WordPress. Must consider yourself to be technically savvy.
  • Must have the ability to work successfully in an ever-changing work environment.
  • Must have strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Must have excellent written communication, proofreading, and copywriting skills.
  • Experience with tracking, monthly ROI reports.
