If that’s you, we’d like you to join our team. Kraayeveld Family Law is looking to add a Paralegal to our team.

As a Paralegal, you will be assisting our attorneys with the legal tasks to provide our clients with top-notch legal services.  We have a great team. Everyone loves coming to work every day and working together. We'd like you to be a great fit, and for that reason our hiring process is extensive. We ask you to participate in a written interview, a Zoom interview, and a team interview.

• Connect with clients to keep them updated regarding the progress on their case and to explain the legal process
• Draft initial drafts of a variety of pleadings, including Complaints, Summons, Interrogatories, Judgments of Divorce
• Work independently to gather information and evidence to share with opposing party as required
• Keep the client's file organized for client and attorney to access
• Prepare cases for hearings and trial

• We give preference to candidates with experience, and especially experience as a family law paralegal
• An associate or bachelor's degree in legal studies is preferred but not required
