Your Role

We are seeking a detail oriented paralegal with at least one year’s experience to support our foreclosure and landlord tenant attorneys.

  • Prepare legal documents, including notices of default and pleadings.
  • E-court filings.
  • Review, organize, and maintain case files, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel regarding case status and deadlines
  • Manage deadlines, calendaring, and compliance with court procedures
  • Perform other duties as needed to support attorneys in the department.
  • At least One Year’s legal experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, case management software, and e-filing systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
