Paralegal/Legal Assistant position forLevin and Levin, LLP is hiring a full-time employee. The employee would be providing support and assisting attorneys in all areas of legal practice.
Required Skills and Experience:
Potential employees must be technologically competent.
Applicants must be punctual, professional, detail oriented, high energy, able to work with a high level of accuracy, organized, able to multitask and learn new software easily.
2+ years office experience preferred
2+ years real estate closing and use of E-Closing Software experience preferred
Salary based on Experience
Mask required for unvaccinated clients & call from inside our downstairs front door. They are brought (directed) to our conference room (bottom floor) ATTORNEYS & OFFICE WORKERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE VACCINATED. Wear mask outside our direct office area.
