Paralegal - Litigation

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and lobbying firm with attorneys and government relations professionals throughout 15 offices spanning the State of Florida and Washington, DC, has an immediate opening for a full-time experienced, Litigation Paralegal with insurance defense/personal injury expertise. This position is based in our Boca Raton or Miami office. Position requires state court litigation practice experience, keen attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent organizational, communication, and technology skills. This is not a remote position.

Routine duties include analyzing medical records, drafting pleadings, and preparing hearing and trial notebooks plus other day-to-day case management duties. Necessary computer skills include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
