Paralegal - Workers' Compensation

Harding Mazzotti, LLP, based in Albany, NY, is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our esteemed Worker's Compensation division. • Electronic filing of claims and appeals
• Handle correspondence with claimants, medical offices, and agencies
• Extensive phone contact with agencies, clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
• Review incoming mail
• Prepare case for hearings
• Assist attorneys with post-hearing follow-up
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience

• Strong knowledge of PC applications, Windows, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional phone etiquette and comfortable speaking on the phone
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task

Preferred Experience

• Workers’ Compensation experience preferred
• Paralegal experience preferred
