Medical Records Clerks are responsible for retrieving and organizing clients’ medical records and following up with medical providers and hospitals on outstanding requests.
- Request medical records using record request workflow in case management software.
- Follow up on outstanding medical requests, including sending additional correspondence and/or calling providers.
- Organize and maintain documents in an electronic case management system.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of PC applications, Windows, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
