YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM...



  • At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including experience as an in-house attorney, serving as a General Counsel and/or in another senior in-house legal role and 3+ years of law firm training.

  • Demonstrated success in the following areas:


    • Advise clients on HIPAA compliance and related healthcare regulatory matters.

    • Conduct HIPAA risk assessments and assist clients in developing and implementing comprehensive compliance programs.

    • Draft and review HIPAA policies, procedures, and related documentation.

    • Provide guidance on data privacy and security issues, including breach notifications and mitigation strategies.

    • Support clients during audits, investigations, and enforcement actions by regulatory bodies.

    • Draft, review, and negotiate Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), ensuring compliance with HIPAA requirements.

    • Stay up-to-date on relevant federal and state laws, regulations, and enforcement actions to ensure clients’ compliance with evolving standards.

    • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to deliver high-quality, timely legal services.

    • Educate and train clients on HIPAA and other relevant compliance requirements.


  • J.D. from a nationally accredited law school

  • State bar membership in state where reside/practice
