West Orange office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking agent to join our Group. The candidate will conduct database searches to determine patentability, analyze documents and papers to support patent prosecution and defense, gather relevant data needed by PGL, draft high-quality provisional patent applications, and support the preparation of responses to patent office requests and actions. Should have 3-5 years of experience and a background in physics, electrical engineering, or computer science. Should preferably have law firm experience and a Ph.D.
