Patent Agent/Technical Advisor: Chemical

Oblon, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt LLP (“Oblon”) seeks a Technical Advisor or Patent Agent with 2+ years of experience in application drafting and prosecution. A technical background is required in the following area(s): inorganic chemistry; organic chemistry; biotechnology; chemical engineering and/or pharmaceuticals.

Candidates must possess superior technical knowledge, writing and communication skills.  The Firm offers a competitive compensation package and an attractive career path trajectory.
