Compensation- Commission on attorney fees generated. Draw against commissions is available to start. Attorneys typically earn between $150,000-$300,000 annually. Medical, dental, and life insurance premiums are paid at 100% for employees, 401k match, and other insurance benefits available.

• Great at communicating and keeping in close contact with clients throughout the course of their case
• Manage a team and your assigned cases
• Collaborate with team, including other assistants and attorneys to ensure top-notch client representation
• Negotiate settlements
• Well-versed in Washington and Idaho law, torts, SOLs
• Draft, review, and modify legal documents
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant evidence

• Washington Bar License (required)
• Idaho Bar License (a plus)
• Washington lawyer with 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
