We are seeking a Georgia-based attorney who excels in personal injury litigation to join our growing team. Applicants must possess a proven track record of successfully managing litigation files from start to finish. The selected professional will receive extensive support from a paralegal, legal assistant, case manager, and skilled, veteran personal injury attorneys.

• Develop personalized litigation case plans
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Firm, clients, and opposing counsel
• Supervise litigation support staff
• Frequent client communication, respond to and analyze discovery responses, conduct key case depositions, attend mediations, and assist with trials

• Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Georgia
• Verifiable experience as a successful personal injury litigation attorney is required
• Candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience handling trucking cases is a plus, but not required
