- Manage personal injury litigation files (automobile, trucking, premises, and daycare) from start to finish;
- Draft and respond to discovery;
- File and draft complaints;
- Prepare attorneys for hearings, mediations, and trials;
- Draft medical chronologies;
- Extensive experience handling personal injury litigation cases;
- Experience filing case documents electronically in both Federal and State Courts;
- Proficient in drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and client communications; and
- Candidate must be located in Georgia for consideration.
