Our firm is seeking a full-time Paralegal with 3+ years of consistent pre-litigation personal injury law experience. Your responsibilities include writing detailed demand letters, negotiating insurance claims, and managing cases from signup to negotiation phases. This is not a remote position, we are located in Carrollton, Texas.
- Draft detailed personal injury demand letters
- Assist in monitoring medical care, following up on medical records and billing requests
- Ability to distinguish pertinent details from the medical records for drafting demand letters
- Organize and maintain Needles and server files
- Calendar and schedule events
- Update adjusters and clients on treatment status
- Handling some new client (PNC) intake calls - backup only
- Experience negotiating pre-litigation case settlements is a plus
- Experience with Needles case management software is also a plus
- 3 years of Personal Injury Pre-litigation experience
- Ability to adapt, learn, grow, and be part of a team committed to doing a great job
