Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Case Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing personal injury cases, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to multitask. • Must be proficient at client intake, drafting demand letters, obtaining medical records and bills, negotiating bill reductions, client follow-ups, and all manner of representing Personal Injury victims prior to litigation.
• Ensure that the following is completed in a timely manner:

1. Letters of Representation are sent to the appropriate parties

2. Insurance claims are set up 

3. Dec pages are requested and received

4. Police reports are ordered and received 

5. Medical records/bills are ordered and received 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and answering inquiries.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date case files, ensuring all documentation is properly filed.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and other POD members to develop case strategies.
• Provide administrative support to POD attorneys and perform other duties as required.
• Review legal documents to ensure adherence to all legal requirements.
• Monitor case progress and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

• 2-5 years of experience drafting Personal Injury demand letters and conducting legal research is required

• This is an in-office position. You must live in the Metro Atlanta area
• Bilingual is preferred, but not required
• Experience drafting legal documents and conducting legal research is vital
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and case management software
• Ability to multitask and stay self-motivated
• A 2-year degree and/or paralegal certification are acceptable, but a bachelor’s degree is preferred - High school diploma is required
