Pre-Trial Litigation Attorney

• Conduct legal research
• Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
• Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
• Depositions (experience a plus but will train)

• At least 3 years of experience working in a law firm is required
• Admitted to practice in NYS
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
