What You'll do:
Design, create, and document SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) functionality in support of business objectives. This includes full lifecycle deliverables from discovery, sprint planning to deployment
Participate in design workshops representing processes/sub-processes and define the overall process design, and technical requirements
Review and develop all deliverables throughout the project using Agile process to ensure completeness, consistency, quality, and requirements traceability. Identify and resolve design issues, participate and provide feedback for design reviews
Work with client and team members to ensure components work together to meet the objectives as defined in the functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational requirements
Provide technical requirements to the development team and oversee the accuracy of the development based on the business requirements.
Conduct working sessions with Subject Matter Experts to identify the required capabilities and impacts to configuration and integration
Define and design system configuration, enhancements, and modifications while following design standards according to the business requirements
Design test plans, execute test scenarios, validate test data, and document test results
Implement and maintain SAP configuration based on business requirements and strategies, using designed development standards and procedures
Work in multi-discipline teams to define and design complex processes and procedures for the configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP and related application system
Support enhancement requests and resolve reported incidents within defined service level agreements
Provide support of continuous DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline releases and participates in all the Agile ceremonies
Develop all deliverables throughout the project to ensure completeness, consistency, quality, and requirements traceability.
Prepare progress reports for the internal leadership and for client and monitor project progress
Mitigate risks, address issues, interface with client, and keep the leadership informed on project status
Develop basis of estimates and program schedule for multiple solution alternatives
Author white papers, root cause analysis, other solution related documentation as needed
Provide support to the management and perform duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)
Possess an active DoD security clearance or candidate must be clearable
10+ years of relevant experience in ERP SAP implementation
7+ years in SAP experience in SD and MM (PR, PO, Invoice, Receipts, Vendor Master)
Experience with Greenfield implementations
Experience with interfaces using IDocs, PI/PO, DS, DLMS, ANSI X12, MILSTRIP
Experience in agile development implementations
Flexibility to travel as required
Preferred Skills:
Experience with S/4HANA
Preference given to candidates with current or recent federal or DoD experience
Experience in DevSecOps agile development implementation
Strong Navy Logistics and federal finance experience

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$100,546.00 - $199,154.00
