A leading AmLaw 100 firm is seeking experienced cybersecurity partners with $1.5MM+ in portable business to join its nationally recognized Privacy & Security practice. This practice provides sophisticated counsel on a range of critical issues, including compliance with domestic and international privacy regulations, data breach prevention and response, risk assessments, and cross-border data transfers. The team supports a diverse client base, including technology companies, healthcare providers, financial institutions, and other industries where privacy and data security are key operational concerns.

Compensation

Estimated total compensation ranges from $700,000 to $3,000,000+, depending on the size and profitability of the candidate's portable book of business, billable hours, origination credits, client development efforts, etc.
