Product Litigation Associate Attorney – Chicago

A nationally recognized law firm seeks a Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join its Product Liability team in Indianapolis, Chicago, or Madison. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, national litigation practice, handling complex, high-stakes cases.  This is a partnership track position.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-9 years of experience in federal and state civil litigation, preferably in products liability defense but other similar practice areas will be considered
  
• Strong experience handling all aspects of a civil case, including:
  
  • Fact and expert discovery
    
  • Drafting and arguing procedural, evidentiary, and dispositive motions
    
  • Participation in court conferences, hearings, and trials
    
• Excellent academic credentials and strong organizational skills
  
• Enthusiasm for client service and a passion for litigation
  
• A commitment to career advancement with a clear path to partnership
  

• Firm has an 1850 annual billing hourly requirement

Estimated Compensation

Estimated total compensation ranges from $200,000 to $225,000+, depending on billable hours, bonus structure, client development efforts, and other performance-based factors.
