Professional Liability Associate Attorney

Peabody & Arnold is seeking a talented associate with 2-5 years of professional liability litigation experience. Candidates must have superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills. Experience in legal malpractice defense, A&E defense, and/or accounting malpractice defense are a plus. Rhode Island admission is a plus.

Our team represents a wide range of professionals, which includes representation in state and federal courts, disciplinary boards, and arbitration tribunals. Peabody & Arnold has been a professional liability defense firm in Boston for over 40 years and we work with most of the major professional liability insurers.

Skills and Educational Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials


• Active bar admission with the ability to obtain MA admission quickly


• 2-5 years of professional liability experience


• Strong writing and analytical skills


• Strong research skills


• Attention to detail


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting


• Ability to work independently within a supervised team setting.
