Project Manager

Legal Services of North Florida (LSNF) is seeking a Project Manager to engage in two projects within our program with a variety of team members. The two projects are the Disaster Response project and a HUD Fair Housing project. Come work with great people who do hard work to better the lives of low-income and vulnerable individuals in our communities. LSNF handles more than 8,900 cases a year and does not charge their clients for their legal services. Be a part of a non-profit law firm, with 110+ employees in seven offices across North Florida, that seeks legal justice while understanding the value of work-life balance.

The Project Manager responsibilities include project budgeting and managing grant deliverables and timelines. With the Disaster Response team, the areas of the project involve overseeing grant-specific reporting metrics, managing vendor relationships, as well as coordinating mentoring projects with other disaster legal aid programs. The Project Manager will work in coordination with another Disaster Response project manager to track project progress and deadlines in support of the non-legal aspects of the disaster response project. With the HUD Fair Housing grant, the Project Manager will work with community members and partner organizations to reach individuals with education and "know your rights" presentations on federal housing laws, with a focus on protections for LGBTQ+ community members. This project will require coordination with the Communications staff to develop an education campaign and other staff across our 16 county service area to reach the vulnerable members of our community. The position will be based out of our Panama City offices.

In addition to high-level skills in organization, communication, and meeting deadlines, the Project Manager should have experience working with and managing vendors, organizing events, designing educational and community-facing materials, and understanding effective communication. Experience launching new communication or education campaigns is desired. The ability to view projects with our client and staff needs in mind is critical to success. The Project Manager should have experience with ensuring proper documentation is obtained to complete the project and comply with grant requirements. This role requires critical thinking skills to ask good questions, prioritize projects, and act in a proactive manner.  Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, Excel Spreadsheets, project management software tools, and basic office technology required. College degree and/or relevant experience required.

Entry level annualized salary of $55,000 is negotiable depending on experience. Comprehensive fringe benefits package includes:
